Compassionate Ministries
The purpose of our local Compassionate
Ministries is:
"To discover ways to provide ongoing opportunities for the church to
reach out to the community with the heart and hands of Christ".
We will accomplish this by:
1. Survey existing activities in the community that are meeting physical
needs (food, shelter, etc.) that require personal participation and will
allow us to share our faith in Christ.
2. Find creative ways to make our congregation aware of such activities
and provide a clear means of volunteering for those called by the Holy
Spirit to respond.
3. Seeking God's guidance and calling for us as a congregation to meet a
specific need or needs in our community.
